So, because I have nothing else going on in my life, I decided to start a podcast – Random Thoughts with Lots of People.
This podcast – though very much in its infancy, and very lo-fi – like my blog, is a labor of love. I consider it another extension of myself:
curious, enthusiastic, thoughtful, questioning; and highlighting the unseen connections between people, places, and ideas.
Due to my adult ADHD, my insatiable curiosity, and my varied interests – music, art, spoken word poetry, drama, and food and drink – I’ve been lucky enough to stumble upon some truly talented, intelligent, creative, opinionated people who, each in their own way, have helped shape the progressive edge of my hometown, Laredo, TX.
The purpose of this podcast is to invite these people into my home for free-flowing, no-holds-barred, round table conversations about life, art, music, pop culture, current events, and politics, straight from the Center of the World – Laredo, TX, the city on the U.S./Mexico border, from the people who live there.
